The case might be that your payment went through several intermediaries, and that each of them delayed it. We are currently looking into several cases where international transfers are delayed for much too long after we send them out.
and also the money cannot be returned to the payreden account back
Can a payreden see where this money is delayed? perhaps they were detained by an intermediary bank and did not report anything about it? but it's strange that a few people have it at the same time, and other people receive their money within a couple of days
And just for update, My money which I cashed out since 25 April still not come nothing at all and no answer from PayRedeem. PayRedeem's support mailed me that they will let some department of their company check whta happen they said this for 5 times already nothing change.
Update: After 1 month and 3 days of holding my money without any real update.
Now they return my money in form of e-card and they cut out 97 PLN from the total amount for what? To give you my money for borrow for more than one month? You don't even explain to me why and how.
Any answer PayRedeem? This is a crime.
To any girl here can help me with some simple question?
1. How long it take if transfer from PayRedeem to LT IBAN from your experience?
2. How long it take if transfer from PayRedeem to PL IBAN from your experience?

I am waiting for 2 cashouts in a row to my bank account, one was placed on May 5th and the other on May 22nd, both disappeared.
Payredeem asks me every day to come tomorrow for a month, they only provided me with a regular check from IgoriaCard, as I understood it is just a payment system, when contacting them they agreed to help me and provide me with an MT103 document as a recipient and submitted a request to the sending bank, after a few days they told me that Payredeem asked them not to send me this document and that they redirect me back to their support.
So what I have for today:
Payredeem support transferred my case to their responsible financial department at the beginning of last week, which for 2 weeks now cannot understand where my money is (or does not want to do this)
My recipient's bank cannot help in any way, since only the sender can track everything, and according to the bank, there is no problem in finding this money.
There is no money in my bank account for 2 cashouts in a row.
Also yesterday, IgoriaCard reported that it had sent the MT103 document to payredeem, but Payredeem denied this.
According to the regulations, all international SWIFT transfers arrive at the bank account up to 5 business days, but for everyone, on average, it takes 1 business day after being sent from Payredeem.
