Rozmawiałem z przedstawicielem banku Kredo. Powiedzieli, że nie dają polskiego wyciągu z konta. Dają tylko wyciąg dla konta ukraińskiego. Zapewnili mnie, że do płatności z Polski wystarczą dane bez wyciągu, jeśli jest to przelew lokalny!

Można spróbować wygenerować listę transakcji (bądź jedno potwierdzenie transakcji) gdzie będzie widoczny numer konta oraz Twoje imię. Jestem pewien że jest to możliwe bo mamy już kilka takich dokumentów. Może ktoś na forum może powiedzieć jak to dokładnie wygląda ze strony Kredobanku bo ja takiej informacji nie jestem w stanie udzielić.

Polskie konto w banku Kredo nie jest dostępne dla żadnych transakcji innych niż depozyty. Nie są dostępne żadne szczegółowe informacje. Dodałem zrzut ekranu z banku, ale z jakiegoś powodu został usunięty.

Skontaktowałem się z Payredeem. Powiedzieli, żeby sprawdzić wyciąg z konta i kod SWIFT. Pokazałem zrzuty ekranu aplikacji i wyjaśniłem, że polskie dane konta nie mają wyciągu ani żadnych danych. Najprawdopodobniej te konta są zarejestrowane w imieniu osoby prawnej. Zadzwoniłem na infolinię banku i zapewnili mnie w 100%, że nie udostępniają wyciągu dla polskich danych konta. Że do przelewów lokalnych wystarczą tylko dane i każda osoba prawna może dokonywać płatności używając tych danych bez konieczności podawania innych danych!!!! Payredeem nie pomogło w żaden sposób. Dlaczego wszystkie inne serwisy płatnicze mogą dokonać płatności nawet na kryptowalutę, nawet na kartę bez wyciągu, a Wy nie możecie?

They sent me 5 PLN to my Polish bank account! I click on the form in the statement there, this statement is in Ukrainian and with my Ukrainian iban (although they sent me in Polish) So, according to the documents from the bank that were sent to my Polish account, they turned into 44 hryvnias, which were thrown into the Ukrainian account ! The bank does not provide any proof that you have a Polish account! So now you have to be sure that the documents people sent you are a photoshop!
